Rescatado un pescador herido en la Punta Ballota de Suances
El hombre, de 35 años y vecino de
Vargas, fue evacuado a Valdecilla en el helicóptero de Protección Civil
con una pierna fracturada

Un varón identificado como Ángel M. Mena Ortiz, de 35 años
de edad y vecino de Vargas, tuvo que ser evacuado ayer a bordo del
helicóptero de Protección Civil tras sufrir un aparatoso accidente y
fracturarse una pierna mientras se encontraba pescando en la localidad
de Tagle (Suances) en compañía de otras dos personas.
Según ha podido saber este periódico, el accidente se
produjo en torno a las dos y media de la tarde en la zona de Punta
Ballota, ubicada en la localidad de Tagle, en Suances, cuando el
pescador, al que acompañaban su hermano y otra persona, caminaba entre
las rocas y resbaló rompiéndose una pierna.
Ante la imposibilidad de salir de allí por sus propios
medios, porque, además de rota a la altura de la tibia, la pierna se le
quedó encajada entre dos rocas, el herido y sus acompañantes decidieron
pedir ayuda al 112, que, rápidamente, articuló un dispositivo de
rescate.
Además de unidades de la Guardia Civil y la Policía Local
de Suances, en el operativo participó el equipo de salvamento del
helicóptero de Protección Civil, que después de estabilizarle en el
mismo lugar del accidente izó a bordo y trasladó al herido hasta el
hospital Valdecilla, donde fue atendido por personal facultativo e
ingresado posteriormente en planta.

Hola Angel. Que todo quede en un susto. Esas lastras de Punta Ballota con humedad son un peligro. Algún susto me he llevado, hace un tiempo, así que me prometí que yo no vuelvo hasta que el calor apriete, y se pueda andar con mayor seguridad.
